Modern Cottage Garden in Hampshire

A north facing modern cottage garden with a steep slope required a design that created space and light near to the house, opening out the dining area. The sunniest area of the garden is maximised by designing a secondary relaxed seating area. Thus providing a sheltered sun trap for the cooler months.

Defined levels and terraced planters soften the transition between the lawn and paved areas. Bramley Apple Garden Design produced the master plan design and planting plans and fulfilled the supply of plants and final planting. The client and their contractor managed the construction element on this occasion.
